As an existing employee of Converse Staffing, you will receive a one-time bonus of $99 for each employee you refer who completes at least one month (30 days) of continuous, uninterrupted work, excluding public holidays and authorized holidays approved by Converse staffing.

New Employees referred by the existing employee will also receive a one-time bonus of $99 if they complete at least one month (30 days of continuous, uninterrupted work, excluding public holidays and other authorized holidays approved by Converse Staffing.
